Rioz Opening In Columbia, SC

Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse is excited to announce their newest upcoming location in Columbia, South Carolina. Rioz will open their second location off of Harbison Blvd. behind the Columbiana Mall.

This exciting concept is sure to bring an authentic rustic Brazilian experience
that accentuates the robust flavors of Southern Brazil.

Scheduled to open early to late summer.

CAIPIRINHA

2 tsp granulated sugar
8 limes wedges
2 1/2 oz cachaca

Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the cachaca into the glass. Stir well.

Caipirinha is Brazil's national cocktail made with Cachaça. Like rum, it is made from sugarcane, however, cachaça is made from sugarcane juice whereas rum is made from molasses, a byproduct of the sugar refining process.
